In my 2 years of being obsessed with quest bars, I’ve learned to eat a quest bar in other ways besides just eating it straight from the wrapper. Of course, they are delicious by themselves, but you will thank me after trying them in these new ways!
1. Quest Cookies
Take the quest bar out of the wrapper. Microwave for 10 seconds and shape them into 2 small “cookies”. Preheat the oven to “broil”. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the quest bar rises and browns on the top. If you have a toaster oven, I feel like this is more convenient. Put the quest bar on the tray, toast it for about 3-5 minutes, or until you get the crispiness you want!
Preferred Flavor: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Cookies and Cream
2. Quest Pop Tart
I get these wraps that are only 60-80 calories from Wegmans. They are called “tumaros” wraps. Unwrap the quest bar, and microwave for 10 seconds. Flatten it out into a rectangular shape. Spread peanut butter or jelly on the wrap and place the quest bar right on top of it. Fold the wrap over the quest bar just like a pop tart and grill it seam side down on a hot pan until it becomes browned and toasty. Flip to toast the other side. I usually put an icing on top, such as vanilla protein powder mixed with water and cinnamon. Or you can put the peanut butter on top for the icing and put some sprinkles on it!
Preferred Flavor: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough or Double Chocolate Chunk
3. Quest Fruit Tart
Take the quest bar out of the wrapper and microwave for 10 seconds. Push the quest bar down in a ramekin or small bowl as the “crust” of the fruit tart. Bake on 400 for about 3 minutes. Full the crust with warm blueberries, or whichever fruit you prefer!
Preferred Flavor: Vanilla Almond Crunch or Cinnamon Roll
4. Quest Ice Cream Sandwich
Take the quest bar out of the wrapper and microwave for 10 seconds. Separate into two pieces and mold them into round cookies. Bake at 400 for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Take them out of the oven and sandwich your choice of ice cream between the two cookies.
Preferred Flavors: Cookies and Cream, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Double Chocolate Chunk
5. Quest S’mores
This is my all time favorite! Take the quest bar out of the wrapper and (you guessed it!) microwave it for 10 seconds. Separate into 4 pieces and flatten each piece into a square shape. Bake at 400 for about 3 minutes and sandwich a marshmallow and a piece of Hershey’s chocolate between 2 pieces. Do the same with the remaining two pieces!
Preferred Flavors: Cinnamon Roll, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Cookies and Cream or Double Chocolate Chunk
